this truck is just the right size
for me and my grandma Dink
birthday boy toy bigger than life
i'll drive it if you just wait another year
and take me to a large lot for space to turn
and go around in circles
or really know what i'm supposed to do with it
i'm not much interested yet
please give me a popsicle
and mya across the table
we'll eat in summer bliss
and dream of truck rides down the road
when gas prices cease to take up
all the family meals for the month
